INJURY MANAGEMENT

Personal trainers at Genius Personal Training are not medical professionals and do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical advice for injuries or medical conditions. Our role is to support clients through safe, appropriate exercise within our professional scope, while encouraging collaboration with qualified healthcare practitioners when injuries, pain, or medical concerns are present.

All clients are responsible for disclosing any current or previous injuries, pain, or medical conditions before commencing training and for updating their trainer if their condition changes at any time. Training programs will be modified where necessary to prioritise safety, movement quality, and long term progress, and sessions may be paused or referred out if an issue falls outside the trainer’s scope of practice.
