PERSONAL TRAINING: We will carefully design a customized fitness program considering your fitness goals and personal preferences. Decide on the duration of your session (30, 45, or 55 minutes) and be privately guided by one of our Genius Personal Trainers. Our training system guarantees fast results with a specific progressive weight overloading system; we will record the level of weights during your sessions and gradually increase them to ensure that you are progressing in strength after each session. Select the level of intensity from 1-10; however, your trainer will always make sure to get the best out of your performance.

GROUP TRAINING: Gain access to our weekly full-body strength class timetable (Class duration: 30, 45 and 55 minutes). We will always include our entire set of equipment, creating a variety of stations to challenge your fitness in a small group environment (14 max capacity). The level of intensity is defined as 5-10, and you will always be supervised by one of our Genius trainers. We plan our group classes in advance and strive to integrate all attendees' fitness goals; we recommend booking as early as possible to ensure the class aligns with your personal goals. Group training is included in your membership, allowing you to book as many classes as you want through our website.

PAYMENTS
DIRECT DEBIT PAYMENT: An automatic payment will run every Wednesday for the amount of personal training sessions that you are planning to complete in the following week (advance payment). You can change your weekly amount of personal training sessions at any time.

TERMINATION: We require 2 weeks notice to terminate your training at Genius Personal Training. This frame will give us enough time to finish your last paid sessions. We do not use lock in contracts and we do not charge any cancellation fees.

SESSIONS
BOOKINGS: Book your personal training sessions and group classes that you are planning to complete weekly through our website. Ask the head trainer to lock you in for weekly permanent slots, so you don't have to book every week. All our trainings have a duration of 30, 45 or 55 minutes. Arrive at your session 5 minutes before your training start time.

BOOK
RESCHEDULES: If you can't attend a session, you may reschedule it at any time with more than 24 hours' notice at no additional cost. However, reschedules requested within 24 hours of the original booking will result in the session being forfeited and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

RESCHEDULE
CANCELLATIONS: You can cancel your personal training sessions at any time. Give us at least one week's notice before your sessions are paid, and inform us of your future cancellations and periods away. Sessions that are canceled but have already been paid through your last Direct Debit will remain as a credit and must be rescheduled within 2 weeks before they are voided.

EXPIRATIONS: Personal training sessions have a duration of 4 weeks from the date of purchase, and they will be voided at the end of their validity period if not used.

FREEZE: If you need to take time off from the gym, we can put your payments on hold for a cost of $5 per week. You can freeze your membership for as many weeks as needed. We require a minimum of 1 week's notice to freeze your membership.

LATE ARRIVALS: At Genius Personal Training, we have established a back-to-back system that doesn't allow for overtimes. Ensure your arrival at the gym and preparation is at least 5 minutes before your training start time, as your sessions will always finish at the originally set time.

FAILED PAYMENT: Please note that in the event of a failed payment, you will receive an email notification. A fee of $5 will be added to your next scheduled Direct Debit, which will occur 3 days after the payment failure.

TRAINERS MIX: At Genius Personal Training, we have a dynamic team of trainers who collaborate and support each other in order to meet the needs of our members. While you will have 1-2 designated trainers for your regular sessions, over time, you will have the opportunity to train with all of our trainers. By utilising our strength system, which keeps track of your training goals and progress, any trainer delivering your session will be able to follow your program effectively. However, it's important to note that each trainer has their own unique style and knowledge base. As a result, we encourage our members to embrace this diversity in training approaches in order to gain a more comprehensive understanding of fitness. Our trainers work together as a cohesive unit, ensuring that your training experience is seamless and beneficial regardless of which trainer leads your session.

SAFETY
HEALTH CONCERNS: You must inform your trainer of any relevant injury or illness and obtain medical clearance from your medical specialist prior to beginning training if there are any medical concerns. If you experience any pain, discomfort, or injury during any of your sessions, please inform Genius Personal Training immediately. During the course of your training, health concerns may arise that require further input from your doctor. Genius Personal Training may request your assistance in obtaining that information. Please be aware that Genius Personal Training cannot diagnose or prescribe treatment for any form of injury, disease, or other medical problem. You accept that participating in exercise carries a risk of causing injury, both minor and potentially major. You will not hold Genius Personal Training or your trainer liable for any injuries or illnesses sustained. Furthermore, you confirm that you have no undisclosed injury or illness that may affect your ability to undertake rigorous exercise, and to the best of your knowledge, you are ready and able to undertake this exercise program.

SCOPE OF PRACTICE: personal trainers scope of practice does not include: Therapeutic treatment or rehabilitation exercise programs for any injuries or conditions. Independent exercise prescription for high risk clients. Diagnostic tests or procedures. Psychological Counselling. Provision of nutritional programs outside of basic healthy eating information.

SYMPTOMS: In the event that you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, we kindly request that you refrain from visiting the gym. If you have a session booked, please access our website from home to reschedule at your earliest convenience. In the event that you do arrive at the gym displaying symptoms, our team will kindly assist you in rescheduling your session for a later date when you feel better again.

BEHAVIOUR
EQUIPMENT CARE: The equipment at Genius Personal Training is not designed to withstand impact from dropping. Please refrain from dropping any weights or cables, as this can damage the equipment and increase the risk of injury to yourself and others.

WE EXPECT: Leave your personal belongings in the designated areas. Only towel and water allowed on the training floor. Phones are not allowed on the training floor. Wear appropriate sport clothing and shoes. Respect all members and staff equally. Report problems to Genius Personal Training as soon as they arise.

WE DO NOT TOLERATE: Any wilful damage of property or facilities. Failure to follow the directions of staff members. Verbal or physical abuse or harassment of members or staff.
